Accenture adquiere Enimbos y refuerza sus capacidades en la nube

Madrid, 26 de octubre de 2020Accenture ha anunciado hoy la adquisición de Enimbos, compañía española de servicios de cloud nativa, con una profunda especialización en servicios de migración a la nube. Esta adquisición amplía las capacidades de Amazon Web Services (AWS) de Accenture y refuerza la estrategia multi-cloud de la compañía en España y Portugal.

Con sede y oficinas en Madrid, además de en Cáceres, Mérida, Barcelona y Aveiro y Lisboa en Portugal, Enimbos es Premier Consulting Partner de Amazon Web Services y cuenta con más de 130 certificaciones AWS. Además, la compañía mantiene una estrecha relación con el resto de los proveedores de la nube, con los que suma, en total, más de 260 certificaciones. Enimbos ofrece, a numerosas compañías de distintos sectores, una variedad de servicios en la nube que incluyen transformación de data centers, gestión de servicios multi-cloud y gobernanza y optimización de la nube, entre otros.



La adquisición se produce sólo unas semanas después de haberse anunciado la creación del grupo global Accenture Cloud First y la inversión de 3.000 millones de dólares que la compañía va a destinar a ayudar a empresas, de todos los sectores, a que se conviertan rápidamente en negocios “cloud first” y aceleren así su transformación digital para obtener un mayor valor a velocidad y escala.

De esta manera, los profesionales de Enimbos se integrarán en el grupo Accenture Cloud First. Este grupo aglutina a más de 70.000 profesionales especializados en cloud en todo el mundo, enfocados en ayudar a los clientes a transformar sus múltiples procesos y distintas funciones dentro de su organización, a través de una estrategia integrada en la nube y una profunda transformación. La unión de las capacidades de Enimbos, en su condición de actor nativo en la nube, con la sólida experiencia de Accenture en cloud, sus capacidades globales y su profundo conocimiento industrial, permitirá ofrecer a las compañías en España y Portugal acceso a un nivel completamente diferente de capacidades, precisión, enfoque e inversiones para lograr una transformación digital completa, que tenga a la nube en el centro.
