Accenture anuncia su intención de adquirir la consultora de estrategia y gestión empresarial Exton Consulting

Con esta adquisición Accenture aumentaría sus capacidades para ayudar a sus clientes a acelerar sus proyectos de transformación en la industria de servicios financieros.

París, 18 de junio de 2021 - Accenture ha alcanzado un acuerdo para adquirir Exton Consulting, una consultora francesa especializada en estrategia y gestión empresarial con la que ayudar a los clientes de servicios financieros en Europa. Las condiciones financieras de la operación no se harán públicas.


Fundada en 2006 y con sede en París (Francia), Exton Consulting ayuda a los consejos de dirección de los grandes bancos y compañías de seguros a gestionar de manera exitosa sus proyectos de transformación y crecimiento en los distintos mercados europeos. Un equipo de, aproximadamente, 150 profesionales pasarían a incorporarse al grupo de Servicios Financieros de Accenture, con lo que reforzarán así sus capacidades para ofrecer soluciones integrales innovadoras a un mayor número de empresas de servicios financieros y cubrir todos los aspectos de sus proyectos de transformación, incluyendo estrategia, diseño, tecnología y operaciones.
